2023-24 Online Registration will begin July 17th!

It is not recommended to use a mobile device for registration. Some of the links may not work properly. Please use a computer or Chromebook to complete registration.

CONTINUING STUDENTS: If you currently have a student attending Waupun Area School District, log in to your  Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. Click "more" on the left sidebar and then go to "Online Registration". Once completed, be sure to click the red submit button.

NEW STUDENTS: Students new to the Waupun Area School District CLICK HERE for the link to online registration. Once completed, be sure to click the red submit button. Please provide a copy of the birth certificate and proof of residency. If unable to upload during registration, please bring this documentation to your school's office.

Families without a computer or internet access, or families that may need assistance, may complete this process at any of the schools. See dates and times below for availability.

Free and Reduced Lunch applications for the upcoming school year will be available at all schools after July 1. Applications can also be completed online through the Parent Portal. To complete the application online, log into your Parent Portal account and go to "Applications and Forms" on the left sidebar.

The parents of any resident student that will be four years old on or before September 1, of the following school year should follow the 4-year-old kindergarten enrollment process that usually begins February 1 each year.

In the state of Wisconsin, parents/guardians can apply for Open Enrollment for the 2024-25 school year February 5  through April 30, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. 

Applications should be completed online from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instructions website at Open Enrollment. 

Parents that wish to apply for Open Enrollment outside of the regular application period must follow the Alternative Application procedure. Information regarding the Alternative Application is available at https://dpi.wi.gov/open-enrollment/applications/alternative.

Completing the online registration process does not guarantee enrollment in SAGES.  A separate SAGES application must be completed and approved prior to enrollment.  Please contact SAGES at 920-345-9040 for more information.
