COLLEGE ENTRANCE EXAMS

ACT

The ACT Assessment® is designed to assess high school students' general educational development and their ability to complete college-level work. The tests cover four skill areas: English, mathematics, reading, and science reasoning.

  • The ACT is an admission requirement for all schools in the University of Wisconsin System, including the two-year centers.

  • Juniors are required to take the ACT test when given in the spring at the Waupun Area Jr/Sr High

  • ACT scores will be sent free to four institutions or scholarship programs.

ASVAB Program - This site has ASVAB information, career exploration, and planning for the future.

ASVAB Test Prep

Peterson's - Information on ACT, SAT, and PSAT. Also includes practice exams, purchase test prep materials, and there is a college search and planning component.

PSAT- This is a direct link to PSAT information. The PSAT is a test that is given to juniors in October. It is also the qualifier for the National Merit Scholarship. This site includes online test review questions.
