Education degree(s):
Masters degree Educational Administration & Principal certification from U.W. Milwaukee
BS Elementary Education degree from U.W. Milwaukee
Passion:
My passion for the outdoors probably stems from growing up on a Black Angus farm. I was involved in 4-H, Grange and other service organizations as a girl. I also worked on the Horicon Marsh for the Youth Conservation Corp. I feel a sense of "home" when I'm outside. I also have a passion for young people and relate well with them. Perhaps I am a kid at heart!
Books I love:
Driftless by David Rhodes (set in rural Wisconsin)
What is the What by Dave Eggars
Behind the Beautiful Forevers by Katherine Boo
The Ladies #1 Detective Agency by Alexander McCall Smith
